Hi, I’m Katina E. Lindsay (aka Professor Kay)—a lifestyle, leadership and etiquette coach, speaker, author, a wife and proud mom of three teens. With over 20 years of experience guiding young minds as an educator, I’ve empowered countless young people to become confident, resilient leaders. But my own transformation didn’t come without its challenges. It was born from a journey of burnout, addiction, and a deep commitment to healing and recovery.

How I Got Here

After years of feeling overwhelmed and unhealed in the classroom, I reached a breaking point that led me into a battle with addiction. During that time, I made a promise to God: to rise from my struggles, heal, and dedicate my life to helping parents, educators, and leaders who need support in future-proofing the next generation.

Future Boss CEO University: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

Through my recovery, I founded Future Boss CEO University—a space where parents, educators, and community leaders come together to equip young people with the emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and confidence they need to thrive. At Future Boss, we teach teens and tweens how to Love it, Lead it, and Look it—like a Boss.
